Last week I attended Rimilia’s Dynamic Credit Management workshop series for credit professionals, held in Manchester. I have attended many workshops/conferences over the years and do not find myself saying this about workshops very often, but this workshop was relevant for us all – Risk Managers, Credit Control Managers, clients etc.

Brian Morgan's (Operations Director – Rimilia) talk was inspiring, informative and his method of delivery was humorous and so easy to receive. This was supported by a number of other insightful presentations from Graydon (Too Big to Fail), Hackett Group, Primedocument (Trends in Invoicing Practices), Howdens (Driving business Growth through Credit Insurance), Hays Recruitment (Trends in Credit – Market and People).
